Terms and Conditions

Our stocks, whilst comprehensive, can be exhausted at peak times.  We work strictly on a first come – first served basis – so we would always recommend booking early.

New Customers will be asked to produce conclusive proof of identification when hiring. All customers other than authorised trade and account customers will be required to pay a deposit before any goods can go on hire. New customers will be required to pay a deposit by any method other than cash, i.e. debit or credit card or cheque. Trade accounts may be opened within 10 days of receipt of two satisfactory trade and one bankers reference.

Delivery & Collection

With our own fleet of vans, trucks & 4×4’s manned by friendly staff,  we offer an efficient, ground floor, door to door delivery and collection service, typically within a 30 mile radius of our base here in Luton, our service extends to Beds, Herts, Bucks and further if required.

We normally deliver and collect Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and can offer a pre-booked AM or PM delivery slot.

Deliveries and collections outside these hours can often be arranged, please let us have your requirement and we will be happy to quote

For deliveries and collections there is a minimum order size

There is no minimum order size for customer pickups and customer returns, which is often the most economic option for smaller orders

Please make sure your vehicle is suitable for the items you are transporting

Return Dirty (Wash Up) Service

Don’t be the one stuck with the washing up once the party is over. Let us remove the washing up headache at the end of your event with our ever popular Return Dirty Service

The very last thing you feel like doing after a wonderful event is to spend ages cleaning all the equipment you have hired in time for its collection.

Well at Jaspers we think you should be able to leave the washing-up to us

Reductions, Amendments & Final Numbers

We require final numbers and last changes 7 days before the start of hire (delivery day not event day)

Cancellation Charges

May be charged if a confirmed order is cancelled or substantially changed.Confirmed Orders Cancelled within 7 days of start of hire 50% of hire charge. Confirmed Orders Cancelled within 2 days of start of hire 100% of hire charge

 All hire charges and sales prices are subject to VAT at current rate.

Jaspers reserve the right to revise hire rates, terms of hire and product specifications, without prior notice.
